SBTJEPL.can change, edit and remove any material from this site. Any content that is derogatory, unlawful or is profane and voilates policies of SBTJEPL. can be removed anytime without anyone's permission. Posting of any Abuse, Obscene, Pornographic material, Threatning content is strictly forbidden and seriously punishable. Booking can be made online by filling-up booking form, payments can be made online through credit/debit card. The use of credit card is totally safe, we use EBS payment gateway for payment. EBS has a 128 bits SSL encryption technology compliant solution certified by VeriSign, Your card details are never shared.

1. A booking confirmation voucher will be sent to the customer via email after completing online process with SBTJEPL.

2. Before availing the cab/taxi it is important to produce booking confirmation voucher.

3. Duty slip has to be filled by customer with proper notice of starting and ending kms ensured by signature of customers.

4. Vehicles starting and ending kms will be calculated from our garage location.

5. When customer books with us it means he agrees to all our terms and conditions.

6. Any kind of change in pickup time or place can be done before 24hrs of pickup. No change will be done after 24hrs.

7. Customer is supposed to pay waiting charge in case of delay (be it for any reason) exceeding more than 15 minuets from scheduled pickup time.

8. At time of pickup if customer doesn't  arrive for more than 60 minuets without informing the driver or team, then it will be considered as no show and whole booking amount will be forfeited.

9. Incase, customer has confirmed the cab and because of some problem cab fails to arrive the pickup location, then we will take full initiative to arrange the alternative cab; failing to do so all amount paid to company will be refunded in 5-7 working days, Besides this any expense like hotel stay charges, flight ticket charges, or any other type of monetary exspenses which customer beared as result of no show of cab cannot be put on SBTJEPL..

10. All bookings run from 12:00 to 12:30 midnight. For reference if customer books cab on 1st March with pickup time of 1:30 pm, this one day is valid till 1st March 11:59 pm and not 2nd March 1:30 pm.

11. Local car rentals and transfers are valid only within city; any request or use of vehicle outside the city can be denied by the driver or it will be charged extra.

12. Customers are expected not to believe the distance and time of travel as stated on internet as the actual distance and time differs in reality depending on various geopgraphical facors and also traffic.

13. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay suffered by the customer due to force majeure event.

14. SBTJEPL. cannot be hold accountable for any loss, damage, physical injury etc suffered by customer while availing its services.

15. In no event the entire liability of SBTJEPL.  for any loss or damage arising due to cab services or in the case of a valid refund claim shall not exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.

16. In case of any misconduct or misbehaviour, customers should immediately contact the support team of SBTJEPL. and immediate steps will be taken.

17. Customer can extend his booking from one way or local to roundtrip or multicity while he is on booking. A special request can be made by calling on +919009370251 and our team will guide the customer how to go on furthur without interrupting his trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1) If a traveler cancels before 48 hrs of pickup time then, amount of Rs.250 will be deducted.

2) If a traveler cancels before 24 hrs of pickup time then, 10% of total booking amount will be deducted.

3) If traveler cancels before 12 hrs of pickup time then, 25% of total booking amount will be deducted.

4) If traveler cancel within 12 hrs of pickup time the, No Refund.

5) The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests.

6) The amount will be refunded approximately within 7 to 15 business days.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. During trip if hotel doesnot have parking at night then it is to be paid by the guest( incase Parking included in Package).

2. Your amount always (leaving exceptional cases) - include toll, tax charges, driver charge,fuel charge. You need not to pay to driver unless asked by team of SBTJEPL. and Incase of any problem be feel free to contact us 24x7 at +919009370251 Any payment related to extra distance and after limit charges are to be directly paid to driver.
